Tasting from 15.02.2013

Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine dark berry fruit, a hint of candied purple fruit, nuances of sour cherries and Amarena cherries. Juicy, very freshly structured, ripe cherry fruit, fine nougat in the finish, mineral and with good length, an elegant, incredibly drinkable food companion with certain ageing potential.
