Rich, sparkling golden yellow. Intense, very appealing nose, smells of dried apricots, peaches and dried rose petals, with a background of ground ginger. Silky and voluminous on the palate, very clear, shows a rich sweetness, but also enough acidity to give the wine freshness, long aftertaste of quince.
