The white wine Pinot Grigio Aristos DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Kellerei Eisacktal has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, rich straw yellow. Very intense and present nose of mirabelle plums, pear and grapefruit, underpinned by subtle mineral notes. Nice tension on the palate, salty, beautifully ripe yellow fruit notes, lots of pear, some apricot, long finish.
