Bright pale straw yellow. Opens on the nose with precise nuances of white melon and yellow bell pepper, with a hint of white peach and a delicate floral fragrance. On the palate it shows with crisp acidity and racy tension, beautifully taut, dancing, bone-dry on the finish.
