The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Goldmuskateller Passito Serenade DOC, vintage 2009 from the winery Cantina Kaltern has been rated in 2012 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gelber Muskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, rich golden yellow colour. Very intense and vivid nose, aromas of candied orange peel, chestnut honey and dried apricot. Very rich on the palate, lots of sweet fruit, fig and date, apricot on the finish, exciting interplay between sweetness and acidity.
