Shiny, sparkling golden yellow. Very clear fruit with notes of bergamot apple, kumquats and fine nutmeg notes, appears very fresh. Well-balanced on the palate in terms of attack and finish, beautiful interplay between sweetness and acidity, describes a long arc, fine spices on the finish.
