The white wine Südtirol Pinot Bianco Vial DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Cantina Kaltern has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant light straw yellow. Clear and intense nose with notes of mirabelle plums, fresh apple and grapefruit. Sparkles on the palate, opens with lots of present fruit, again apple and mirabelle plums, then fine salty notes, long finish.
