Rich, impenetrable ruby violet. Intense nose with lots of ripe dark berry notes, sloes and elderberries, with a slight hint of truffle in the background. Opens with a lot of rich, dense tannin, spreads out powerfully, dark berry and long, lots of gripping tannin, sweet melting on the finish.
