Clear, rich ruby with a slight purple shimmer. An intense, compact nose with notes of blackcurrant, elderberry, tobacco and some liquorice. Rich and dense on the attack and on the palate thanks to grippy tannins that are coated in sweet fruit texture and build beautifully. Lots of juicy fruit on the long finish.
