Notes of lime curd and toast immediately hint at evolution. A second sniff then reveals a certain creaminess and fresh, green moss. The palate is concentrated and counters its lovely phenolic edge with an almost balm-like fruitiness and a super-sleek structure. This is a reminder to lay some Grüner down and wow dinner guests with it. Splendid!
