Medium golden yellow; penetrating bouquet, notes of dried fruit, apricot, caramel, honey; soft attack on the palate, concentrated, distinctive, creamy sweetness, carried by lively acidity; long, powerful finish. Famous sweet wine made from air-dried Riesling-Silvaner, Pinot Noir and Silvaner grapes.
