The white wine »Mons Sanctus« Riesling Spätlese feinherb, vintage 2016 from the winery Klosterweingut Abtei Sankt Hildegard has been rated in 2017 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
In keeping with the peaceful tranquillity of a monastery, it is also silent on the nose. Its delicate aroma of apricot and garden herbs has to be worked for. The patient is rewarded with a subtle, even gracious taste.
