Bright orange in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate aromas of vanilla, orange blossom, underlaid with fine yellow tropical fruit and a hint of white currant in the background. The palate is taut, mineral, and saline, with fine acidity, notes of white peach, and nuances of lemon, persistent and very light on its feet, a multi-faceted food wine.
