Brilliant bright cherry red in colour with silver reflections. On then nose, inviting aromas of cherry compote, hints of strawberries, and some floral notes. The palate is light on its feet and balanced, with subtle red fruit, fine acidity, and a lemony-mineral finish. Can be used both as an aperitif and as a food wine.
