Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Delicate herb spice underlaid with black forest berry notes, a touch of liquorice, candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant texture, sweet cherries, fine tannins, salty mineral finish, good ageing potential.
