Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Mineral, delicate savoury herbs, black berry fruit, blackberries, dark sweetheart cherries, still a tad restrained. Juicy, ripe plums, sweet expression, ripe tannins, chocolatey touch, persistent. Already developed, a multifaceted food companion.
