Bright, shiny ruby red colour. Cool nose of Burgundy grapes, raspberry, some pepper and cranberry. The palate opens with acidity and precision, retronasal with sour cherry and bitter almond oil. The tannins are silky, vivid and well integrated. Medium-bodied finish with a slight seaweed.
