The white wine »Z**g*nt*l« Silvaner, vintage 2021 from the winery Konni & Evi has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner
Barrel sample, will be bottled in the Autumn, on February 24th it comes on sale. Peppery, chalky, aroma similar to rock dust, but also berry notes, and finally herbs: basil, oregano. On the palate, the wine has silky but also plastic-like phenolics, has volume without losing its lightness and a certain serenity, finishes directly, with spice beginning to unfold.
