Bright medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Candied orange zest, citrus, ripe quince, fine herbal savouriness, some blossom honey underneath. Deep, emphatically mineral, lively acidity, saline finish and somewhat nutty and dry in the final, a reliable food companion with certain ageing potential.
