Sparkling, pale straw yellow with green reflections. Opens on the nose with distinctly fragrant notes, initially light nutmeg, then elderflower, somewhat cherry-like. Shows beautiful play on the palate, salty, builds well, with lots of present fruit, fine, very long finish.
