The méthode cap classique Krone Rosé Vintage Cuvée Brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Krone Twee Jonge Gezellen has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Just a hint of watermelon blends in with the notion of rye bread on the nose. There is a lovely touch of white pepper on that rye bread scent that pulls right through onto the palate. The body is elegant, rounded, rich and wonderfully peppery. Absolutely lovely, rounded, rich but fresh with a lovely hint of salt on the finish.
