Tasting from 27.08.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Dark carmine garnet, ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Ripe cherries, subtle strawberry confit and caramel, fine woody spice with dried orange zest. Juicy, elegant, sweet berry fruit, fine tannins, balanced and already very enjoyable, mineral-saline finish, a multi-faceted food wine, seamless style, great value for money.
