A lovely smokiness plays on the nose before subtle notes of rye crumb appear. Flavours are concentrated with a lemony verve to support the lively foam. While generosity and depth are hinted at, a central vein of freshness keeps this on the side of the aperitif. The aftertaste is wonderfully fry, lemony, chalky and fresh.
