The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Kyrenia has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella , Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby red, with brightening on the rim. On the nose, notes of fresh spices, fennel seeds, green pepper and liquorice, followed by ripe cherry fruit. Deliciously fruity on the palate, with a silky texture, fine tannin structure and a long, elegant finish.
