Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby red. On the nose, there are notes of preserved Amarena cherries, ripe peach, also peppery and spicy, with a finish of rich sour cherries. Powerful and rich on the palate, builds up in many layers, appears powerful on the palate with slight iodine notes on the middle section, very dominated by the use of wood on the finish.
