Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, shiny ruby red with a dark core. The finest roasted aromas dominate the nose, followed by ripe plum and blueberry, with rock candy and dark chocolate in the background. Rich on the palate, opens up powerfully and glides through the palate with a fine texture, clearly noticeable use of wood, the tannin dries out a little, remains quite long on the finish.
