The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery La Contrada di Sorano has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Dark ruby core. Deep and complex nose with earthy nuances, very ripe cherries raspberries. On the palate a certain juiciness, with power and concentration, but a touch out of balance with the alcohol leaving it warm on the finish.
