Intense straw yellow with persistent, perky mousse. Elegant nose of freshly baked bread, candied orange pieces, salty touch, some banana on the end. Delicate and elegant on the palate, carried by a rounded texture and well-balanced mousse, medium length and slightly bitter on the finish.
