Bright, green-yellow with fine mousse. Finely marked and elegant nose of salt, elderflower and white roses. Still very young on the palate, floral-fruity nuances spread on the palate, initially full of texture, then dry on the finish. A few more months of bottle ageing will certainly do this Brut good.
