Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby. On the nose fine cinnamon scent, followed by wild strawberry and ripe rosehip and towards the end some red pepper. Juicy on the palate with clear fruit, balanced, seems very fresh, slightly salty on the finish, considerable flow.
