Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby-garnet colour. Plump, sweetish cherry fruit with notes of fresh but also preserved cherries, plus spices such as cinnamon and subtle dark chocolate. Medium-bodied on the palate with beautiful juiciness and noticeable but fine tannins. Good length. Somewhat warming on the finish.
