Tasting Notes
Clear, bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Very fragrant nose, yellow fruit, peach, vanilla pod, some mango, with a hint of hay in the aftertaste. Hearty and balanced on the palate, with harmonious dosage and a beautiful finish with fine juiciness.
More about the tastingIntensely bright straw yellow in colour with a persistent, rich mousse. Currently a little reductive on the nose, but after a little patience it reveals fine citrus notes, grapefruit, and white flowers. Very juicy and fresh on the palate, crisp and balanced, a pleasure to drink.
More about the tastingClear light silver with lots of fine mousse. Delicate notes of jasmine blossom and lots of fresh apple. Salty on the palate, fine playfulness, follows through nicely, has good tension.
