The prosecco Prosecco DOC Extra Dry from the winery La Jara has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with numerous fine bubbles. Reminiscent of pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit on the nose, with a floral component on the finish. On the palate with rich fruit and delicate texture, fine-grained mousse and good drive, minimally dominated by sweetness in the finish.
