Bright straw yellow with numerous fine bubbles. Reminiscent of pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit on the nose, with a floral component on the finish. On the palate with rich fruit and delicate texture, fine-grained mousse and good drive, minimally dominated by sweetness in the finish.
