Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, light pink colour with persistent mousse. Freshly squeezed oranges, wild berries and strawberries on the nose, soft scent of roses on the aftertaste. Banana yogurt on the very fruity palate, nicely juicy, has many small bubbles, then a little pasty on the finish.
