Fruity bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, ripe apple and yellow stone fruit, as well as hints of honey and apricot confit. On the palate it shows fine acidity and beautiful texture, with a fine mousse and aroma of apple and pear as well as citrus fruit. It has a saline grace on the long finish.
