Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 15.02.2013

Vibrant ruby colour, purple reflections, broad bright rim. A hint of nougat, dark berry confit, dried spices, some soya oil, olive note. Juicy, elegant, sweet wild berry confit, well-integrated tannins, salty minerality, sticks well, fresh and persistent, red berry finish. The long time spent in new oak is noticeable, and it should be allowed to age in the bottle for a few more years.
