Intense, concentrated ruby red. Rich, delicately wood-scented nose, lots of cassis and wild berries, a hint of cocoa powder, then dried rose petals, blackberries and wet stone. Compact and juicy on the palate, very tight-knit tannins with powerful drive, full-bodied and full of tension, still very young, showing good ageing potential.
