Tasting Notes
Tempranillo, Graziano, Mazuelo blend. On the nose, raspberry, fig, date, blueberry, red currant and milk chocolate- surprisingly little tertiary in the flavors apart from a touch of coffee. Wiry acidity and a mild-toned tannin that nevertheless builds astringency on the palate. There's a playful, mineral elegance that makes for an ethereal and almost weightless mouthfeel despite clear background extracted depth.
