Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliantly shimmering golden yellow. Distinctly fragrant bouquet of warm buttered toast and brioche, some vanilla surrounded by ripe banana and passion fruit. Fills the palate completely, very complex aroma, comes with broad shoulders, nevertheless appears fine with a lot of finesse and rich texture, expressive long-lasting finish.
