Pronounced ruby red colour with a brightening rim. Intense bouquet with aromas of juicy blackberry and blueberry, followed by mocha, tobacco and a touch of oak. Reveals itself on the palate with concentrated fruit, supporting tannins, still somewhat youthful, but with potential.
