Tasting from 30.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a flint core. Somewhat restrained on the nose, with delicate fruits of the forest and freshly cut grass; some varnish aromas. Juicy on the palate, low in tannins, with restrained fruit. Finishes delicately bitter.
