The red wine Barbaresco DOCG Secondine, vintage 2020 from the winery La Spinona has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant, intense garnet red. Pronounced nose of fresh cherry, also slightly fleshy and savoury with pepper, clove and bacon. Concentrated, ripe fruit on the palate, with firm tannins, yet fresh and with a good length into the long finish.
