Bright silver grey colour with persistent mousse. On the nose, ripe pears, yellow apples, beautiful yellow fruits, inviting, white roses and some buttery pastry in the aftertaste. Straightforward on the palate, with well-integrated mousse, unfortunately loses some of its persistence on the finish.
