Bright straw yellow with a persistent, fine mousse. Fragrant nose of fresh apple, pear, light citrus notes, acacia blossom on the aftertaste. Lively on the palate, with beautiful playfulness, lots of juice, but also well-integrated acidity, light-footed and dancing to the clear finish.
