Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale apricot with delicate, persistent mousse. Grapefruit, wild strawberries and subtle cherries on the nose, reminiscent of geraniums on the aftertaste. The mousse remains in the background on the palate, showing a lot of crisp fruit, then minimally bitter and drying on the aftertaste.
