The white wine Spelt Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery La Valentina has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Trebbiano from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
Rich luminous light gold. Nose of squeezed lemon and lemon pieces and fresh pineapple, reminiscent of fresh resin, plus sea salt and rosemary. Juicy on the palate, with pronounced fruit and well-integrated acidity, savoury, spans a nice arc, also slightly floral in the midsection, dry, slightly phenolic finish.
