Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intensely bright lemon yellow with a touch of gold. A pronounced aroma of fresh meadow herbs and bergamot, small red berries and nut butter. Full on the palate, opens up a wide fan, well-integrated mousse, glides through gracefully, shows persistence and polish, hearty finish with very good length, well made.
