Bright straw yellow with a sparkling reflection. Pleasant on the nose, with subtle hints of butter biscuits, white flowers, a gentle white peach flavour and a citrus finish. Round on the palate, soft, with a beautiful, elegant mousse and fresh juiciness with good length.
