Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.02.2013

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Intense dark berry fruit, nuances of blueberry jam, underlaid with smoky-tobacco spice, some nougat. Juicy, good complexity, firm, well-integrated tannins, salty minerality on the finish, chocolaty aftertaste, good development potential, a powerful food companion.
