A hint of high ripeness thanks to the deep yellow colour in the glass. Traces of yellow fruit on the nose, complemented by honey savouriness, lime blossom and ginger. Lots of creaminess on the palate, without being too broad, testifies to the certain ageing potential of this historic terrace site.
More about the tastingSmoky aroma, mineral chalky notes, citrus, peach. On the palate lively acidity through to the finish, bold alcohol but well-integrated, juicy, plump, good density and savoury minerality. An exciting wine with very good extract.
